Should a system error occur, prompt payment for the product is required once the error is identified. Should your account remain in a state of delinquency for a period exceeding sixty (60) days, the company retains the authority to exercise its sole discretion by reporting any outstanding balances to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency. This action will continue until the account is brought up to date and regains a status of good standing.
Refund policy
Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final. Owing to the inherent characteristics of the products, we are presently unable to offer refunds or accept returns.
Regrettably, we cannot make modifications if a discount code was not applied during your purchase, nor can we provide a refund if you were not fully aware that the product you acquired is of a digital nature.
Please be aware that every product available in this store is digital in nature. No physical items will be shipped.
